Kitchen Update

As of my last post about our kitchen, we had flying rodents but no tile floor. Well, the batfriend hasn't returned, but the tile floor is looking mighty fine.

A couple Wendesdays ago, my friend Larry came over and we kicked some serious kitchen floor hiney. We didn't get done... but that was because we spent hours trying to get the wetsaw to work properly. So Robyn and I finished up the kitchen floor the next night. Amazingly enough, we didn't kill each other. We share a common vision in life, but executing that vision together isn't always successful. We've found that we often work better independent of each other... but this Price Hill house seems to have changed our ways. It's been fun working side by side with my best friend. And here it is... a completed porcelain tile floor. It definitely doesn't suck.Sweet, so now all we have to do is strip/refinish/rehang all 23,716 cabinets, finish running electricity all over the place, get that dang water valve to seal properly, cut/install countertops, and thousands of other tasks... then it's done. Sounds so simple.
