All is not well in Mudville. The bullpen blows goats. The Opening Day cleanup hitter is currently honing his skills in Louisville. Todd Coffey isn't honing his skills in Louisville. Homer Bailey is on the disabled list in Louisville. Milton is still on the roster. J-Hammy is slumping. THom Brennamen brings out the worst in his daddy.
There are some positives, though. Nuxie's broadcasting has been his best in years. Jeff Brantley is the drunken uncle I always wished I had. Griffey is earning his paychecks and giving jockstraps to drunken Dodger fans. Hamilton is still a great story. Arroyo is solid. Farney appears to be safely contained inside Freel's head. C Trent Rosecrans does an in-game blog most nights. So it isn't all bad.
I just want to watch a winner... and my fantasy team sucks (but not as much as Tye's team sucks)...

How can we have the NL player of the week the 2 of the last 3 weeks (Gonzo and Griffey), and still suck this bad? Why did they go to the bullpin on Sunday with a 1 run lead, right after Livingston made an easy out for the first out in the 6th? Needless to say the bullpin swiftly gave up 6 runs! Something's gotta give!
